Surrounding area

The islands of the Canaries offer crystal-clear water, encounters with whales and dolphins and untouched bays for swimming. There are also beautiful beaches, breathtaking volcanoes and impressive cliffs. The Mediterranean subtropical climate of the Canary Islands is very pleasant all year round. The constant cool Canary current balances the temperature. Trade winds usually keep away the hot air masses from nearby Sahara.

Sailing area

Starting point is Tenerife. From here you can reach the other Canary Islands Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. Even if the eternally blue sky suggests a paradisaically simple area, respect and circumspection are nevertheless advisable.

Handover time

• Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 p.m.
• Return to harbour: Friday until 4:00 p.m.; overnight stay on board possible
• Check-out: Saturday until 8:00 a.m.

How to find us

Transfer should be organised by yourselves with one of the waiting taxis in front of the airport. For the departure we be glad to call you a taxi to the marina.

Paperwork

In order to hand over your yacht to you as quickly as possible, we need the following documents from you on site:

• Valid identity card / passport of the skipper
• Original of a boat driving licence valid in the skipper’s home country
• Fully completed crew list
• Mobile number of the skipper or a crew member, so that we can reach you in case of emergency
• Credit card (Visa / Mastercard) for the deposit
