1. Marina Kremik
2. Sibenik: 16 NM
A short day trip takes you to Dalmatia’s second largest city, which lies protected in the interior of the country at the mouth of the river Krka. The region around Sibenik offers so many sights that one day is not enough. Sibenik is known for its stairs and alleys. Many monuments invite you to visit them: The most famous building is the Cathedral of St. Jacob. Further buildings from the 300-year-old Venetian epoch in Sibenik are the fortresses, the rector’s palace and many other stores that shape the cityscape. After a long day of sightseeing, the beach of Banj offers cool refreshment to later end the evening in one of the restaurants along the promenade.
3. Vodice: 7 NM
Before we go out to the Adriatic again today, an excursion to the Krka National Park is on the agenda. For this purpose, it is a good idea to rent a car. Krka National Park, founded in 1985, is known for its waterfalls, which are up to 60 m high and served as a backdrop for the Winnetou films. You can also visit the Oziđana cave, which has been opened to the public. Traces of human use since the Neolithic period have been found here. The more than 40 caves are also home to one of the largest bat populations in Europe. Entrance to the National Park is subject to a fee.
After a day in beautiful nature the destination for dinner is Vodice – one of the most popular cities in Dalmatia. You should reach it after 1.5 hours on the water.
4. Murter (Murter): 18 NM
A relaxed sailing day leads to the north side of the island Murter and into the Hramina marina. Along the west coast of Murter many bays offer the possibility for extensive bathing and diving stops. In short: a day to relax. Once you have reached the marina, you should definitely get Murter’s famous olive oil for dinner and refine your meal with it.
5. Otok Zut: 17 NM
Today’s destination is the island of Zut in the National Park of the Kornati Islands. Zut is the second largest island of the national park with a size of approx. 15 square kilometres. Its landscape is characterised by barren limestone and sparse vegetation due to low rainfall. The ACI marina Zut is located in the bay in the north of the island; the 400 m long jetty blends well into this beautiful landscape. Despite its remoteness, the marina has a restaurant and a supermarket. Away from the hustle and bustle of the marina, you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature.
6. Otok Piskera: 18 NM
Another stage of the day leads us northwards from the bay between the northern tip “Zut” and the “Glamoc” island in western direction. Through this unique landscape between the islands Kornat and Katina you steer south to reach the restaurant “Konoba Suha Punta” on the north coast of Kornat for a lunch stop. After refreshment it is time for the course to Otok Piskera. Between the islands again many bays offer the opportunity for a stopover. You should have snorkelling equipment in your luggage to experience the variety of the underwater world. In the evening we reach the ACI marina of Piskera with its fantastic deep blue water.
7. Kremik marina: 35 NM
The end of this trip is approaching with great strides – the longest day trip lies ahead of us today. After passing the many smaller islands and Kurba Vela island, Zirje comes into view. This large island forms the southern tip of the Kornati Islands. Here you have the possibility to visit one of the restaurants in the bays. After you have left Zirje behind, it is only 11 NM to the Kremik marina. The visit of two of the most famous Croatian national parks and the world cultural heritage Sibenik will leave you with lasting impressions.
8. Goodbye
After the last night on the ship, the trip is over after a breakfast. You leave the ship around 9 o’clock and, hopefully well rested, start your journey home or on.
