1. Kremik marina
The starting point for the trip is the Kremik marina south of Primosten with its more than 500 berths. The marina is reached after a half hour drive from the airport. On the way there are a few bigger supermarkets for shopping, which you should use, because not everything can be obtained in the marina.
If nothing keeps you in the marina on the first evening, you can reach Primosten after 3 NM in northern direction or Rogoznica after 5 NM in southern direction and here start your sailing holiday in one of the restaurants.
2. Solta (Maslinica): 21 NM
After the first night on board, today’s destination is Maslinica, on the northern tip of the island of Solta. On the way to Maslinica you sail past the islands Otok Drvenik Mali and Veli through the 7 offshore islands to your day destination. In Maslinica you can either use one of the 50 berths in the marina or anchor in the Sesula bay. The island of Solta, like many of the islands, has been inhabited since the Bronze Age and there are many historical testimonies from different eras. In Maslinica there is the Martinis Marchi Castle, which has been converted into a luxury hotel.
3. Trogir: 11 NM
A short day trip takes you to Trogir, whose entire old town has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. The marinas ACI and SCT are located exactly opposite the historic old town. Just cross the bascule bridge and immerse yourself in another world. Winding alleys, buildings such as the St. Laurentius Cathedral or the Kamerlengo fortress invite you to visit them. If you happen to be familiar with some buildings from a western, it is because “Winnetou” was shot here. The innumerable cafés and restaurants in the city or on the promenade provide new energy for further discoveries. So get up early, Trogir will thank you with unique impressions.
4. Brac (Milna): 22 NM
From Trogir you sail out again to the islands of Dalmatia, with the destination Brac and the Milna marina. Brac is the largest island in Dalmatia and the third largest in the Adriatic.
If you would like to visit more unique cultural monuments of Croatia after Trogir, a visit to the monastery complex Eremitage Blaca is a good idea. It is located about 10 km inland. The monastery served as an observatory for the Father and hobby astronomer Nikola Milicevic. In honour of his discoveries two asteroids were named “Nikola Milicevic” and “Brac”.
5. Vis (Komiza): 33 NM
A new sailing day leads you to the “Gibraltar of the Adriatic”. Due to its location Vis was a long military restricted area and was only reopened to the outside in 1995. The destination on Vis is Komiza. From Komiza the cave, from which Tito is said to have organised the fight against the German occupiers during the Second World War, can be reached on foot. Not far from this place is Mount Hum, 587 m high. From there you have a wonderful view over the Adriatic Sea. After this hike you can enjoy a cooling off at Novo Posta beach even more.
6. Hvar (Stari Grad): 35 NM
From the westernmost point of the cruise you sail around the south coast of Vis to the last point of our trip to Hvar in the port of Stari Grad. On the south coast of Vis lies the island of Veli Budikovac, where the shallow blue water between islands invites you to a morning bathing stop. Stari Grad offers a colorful programme that can fill the afternoon. After a week on the water, a visit to the Vinarija winery Braća Plančić can contribute to increasing your knowledge on Croatian wines. Those who love swimming should go to Brizenica Bay beach, which is located in the northern part, not far from the marina. Those who have been enthusiastic about the historical buildings on this trip should definitely visit Petar’s residence Hektorović in the city.
7. Kremik marina: 46 NM
The time has come to say goodbye to the beautiful island world of Central Dalmatia and the Kremik marina is being visited again. After leaving Stari Grad and the bay the island of Brac is in sight again. For the ambitious sailor, the Golden Horn, the landmark of Dalmatia, is 6 nm away in a north-easterly direction at the southern tip of Brac. This is a promontory of pebbles, which changes its appearance depending on the current. After a short stop, you should now set sail to reach Kremik on time. Heading north, you will pass Solta and the Drvenik Islands until the mainland is in sight again at starboard. Now it is still 12 nm until you have reached Primosten again and can let the trip end.
8. Goodbye
After the last night on the ship the trip is over after a breakfast. You leave the ship around 9 o’clock and start, hopefully well recovered, into your everyday life.
1. Marina Kremik
2. Sibenik: 16 NM
A short day trip takes you to Dalmatia’s second largest city, which lies protected in the interior of the country at the mouth of the river Krka. The region around Sibenik offers so many sights that one day is not enough. Sibenik is known for its stairs and alleys. Many monuments invite you to visit them: The most famous building is the Cathedral of St. Jacob. Further buildings from the 300-year-old Venetian epoch in Sibenik are the fortresses, the rector’s palace and many other stores that shape the cityscape. After a long day of sightseeing, the beach of Banj offers cool refreshment to later end the evening in one of the restaurants along the promenade.
3. Vodice: 7 NM
Before we go out to the Adriatic again today, an excursion to the Krka National Park is on the agenda. For this purpose, it is a good idea to rent a car. Krka National Park, founded in 1985, is known for its waterfalls, which are up to 60 m high and served as a backdrop for the Winnetou films. You can also visit the Oziđana cave, which has been opened to the public. Traces of human use since the Neolithic period have been found here. The more than 40 caves are also home to one of the largest bat populations in Europe. Entrance to the National Park is subject to a fee.
After a day in beautiful nature the destination for dinner is Vodice – one of the most popular cities in Dalmatia. You should reach it after 1.5 hours on the water.
4. Murter (Murter): 18 NM
A relaxed sailing day leads to the north side of the island Murter and into the Hramina marina. Along the west coast of Murter many bays offer the possibility for extensive bathing and diving stops. In short: a day to relax. Once you have reached the marina, you should definitely get Murter’s famous olive oil for dinner and refine your meal with it.
5. Otok Zut: 17 NM
Today’s destination is the island of Zut in the National Park of the Kornati Islands. Zut is the second largest island of the national park with a size of approx. 15 square kilometres. Its landscape is characterised by barren limestone and sparse vegetation due to low rainfall. The ACI marina Zut is located in the bay in the north of the island; the 400 m long jetty blends well into this beautiful landscape. Despite its remoteness, the marina has a restaurant and a supermarket. Away from the hustle and bustle of the marina, you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature.
6. Otok Piskera: 18 NM
Another stage of the day leads us northwards from the bay between the northern tip “Zut” and the “Glamoc” island in western direction. Through this unique landscape between the islands Kornat and Katina you steer south to reach the restaurant “Konoba Suha Punta” on the north coast of Kornat for a lunch stop. After refreshment it is time for the course to Otok Piskera. Between the islands again many bays offer the opportunity for a stopover. You should have snorkelling equipment in your luggage to experience the variety of the underwater world. In the evening we reach the ACI marina of Piskera with its fantastic deep blue water.
7. Kremik marina: 35 NM
The end of this trip is approaching with great strides – the longest day trip lies ahead of us today. After passing the many smaller islands and Kurba Vela island, Zirje comes into view. This large island forms the southern tip of the Kornati Islands. Here you have the possibility to visit one of the restaurants in the bays. After you have left Zirje behind, it is only 11 NM to the Kremik marina. The visit of two of the most famous Croatian national parks and the world cultural heritage Sibenik will leave you with lasting impressions.

Over the hills to the west you reach Unije, a small village from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Adriatic Sea.
8. Susak: 11 NM
Since today’s trip is not too long, it makes sense to spend the morning bathing in the bay and then sail refreshed to Susak, a small island south of Unije. Susak is very green compared to the neighbouring islands. One of the sights is the lighthouse on the 96 m high hill “Garba”. For diving enthusiasts there are two ancient shipwrecks in front of the island. A special eye-catcher are the traditional costumes of the locals, whose cut is unique.
9. Dugi Otok (Veli Rat): 39 NM

As in every city in Croatia, you will come across many sacral buildings. The city harbour is also a must for sailors and if you are a fan of the series “Game of Thrones”, don’t miss a visit to the fortress “Lo-vrijenac”. It is time to set sail again and set course northwards, leaving this pearl of the Adriatic behind. The destination, the bay of Sobra, offers the possibility to anchor or moor at one of the restaurant piers. The sheltered bay is a great place for water sports enthusiasts to do some sports. Those who still have strength in their legs after the day in Dubrovnik can explore the island on foot. Mljet is one of the most densely wooded islands in the Mediterranean.
